We produce a small number of CDs which can be used by clients in between sessions and these are also available for purchase.

Currently our CDs are for:

•  Stopping Smoking

•  Weight Control

•  Confidence 

The cost of these is £9.97 each, including postage. At the moment we can only take personal cheques, so if you are interested in any of these, email us and we will let you know where to send your cheque. On receipt of this we will send you the items by first class post anywhere in the UK.

We hope to extend the number of CDs shortly, and also provide scripts and inductions for use by other hypnotherapists.
